At nowdiscountshoes.com we treat all our orders the same. Once payment clears we pick the shoes, inspect it, and ship it out all within 24 hours. For the most part our customers rave about our shipping speed and five star customer service.

However international and APO, FPO, Alaska, Hawaii orders “SEEMS” to arrive slower due to factor out of our control. Distance, customs, and the the Military Post Office are all variables that slows down the shipping process.

Distance: This is the biggest determining factor of speed. If you live in Southern California, you’ll get you package in a day or two. If you live in New York, it might take 8 – 9 business days. So naturally if you live in another country, Alaska, or Hawaii it will take the shipping company even longer to deliver your shoes to you.

Customs: Every country has their own customs and rule that govern how they handle imported shoes. We are not experts in any of these rules. It’s probably easier for you to communicate with your custom officer than it is for us if there’s any delays.

Military Post Office: Shipping companies are humans too and sometimes they make mistakes. But having an additional shipping company involved only makes it even more risky. And like the custom offices, we have very little resource to help with these orders.

So it’s unfortunate that we can’t control all the factors that are involved in the shipping speed of your shoes. But for the factors that we can control, we’ll always go above and beyond to make sure your shoes are ready and shipped out ASAP.
